Many customers do convert them, but extra attention would need to be paid by a licensed contractor to modify the building in order to satisfy residential building codes. That said, the basic buildings we provide are a good starting point and offer a cost advantage compared to building a residential living space from scratch.

We do not provide this as a service but, you can speak to a general contractor and check your local regulations to see if this is an option for your building.

A suggested gravel pad or concrete cement paving stones are required under the buildings. These should be provided and prepared by the customer on either end of the building to ensure proper leveling and stability.
